Cancellation Policy

For non-group appointments, a minimum of twenty-four (24) hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations made less than twenty-four (24) hours in advance or no-shows will incur a fee of $50.

For group appointments, a seventy-two (72) hour notice is necessary, and a $200 fee will apply for cancellations within this timeframe. Clients arriving more than ten (10) minutes late may be asked to reschedule to respect others' appointments. Please be aware that pricing for products and services may change, and prepaid services must be redeemed within one year.
